SGPA MEMBERS:  

For all of you who have made your reservations for our annual Nashville meeting, we look forward to seeing you.  If for any reason you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the meeting in order for us to cancel your reservation.  Last year we had some with reservations that did not show up nor did they notify us, therefore, we had to pay for those reservations.

If we are to continue covering room reservations and banquet expense, we must have cooperation from everyone.
